Job Purpose:

The Patient Registration Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the registration department, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of patient registrations. This position is responsible for supervising registration staff, providing training and support, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The Registration Supervisor plays a key role in optimizing patient flow, enhancing the patient experience, and facilitating timely and accurate billing processes.

Education:

Possess a two (2) year degree from an accredited college.

Preferred:

Possess a Bachelors of Science degree from an accredited college.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

None required.

Experience:

Possess two (2) years experience in Registration/Admissions or Patient Accounts. Possess two (2) or more years supervisory experience. Position requires On-Call Responsibilities
