Job Description

Lexington Center for Recovery, the Hudson Valley's largest provider of outpatient and residential substance use disorder services, is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our 47-bed community residence located within Garnet Health Medical Center in Harris, NY. The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to counseling and clinical staff within our inpatient residential and stabilization programs. Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team, the Clinical Supervisor helps ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care to individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health needs. This role is responsible for supporting daily clinical operations, staff supervision and development, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance with applicable federal and New York State regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
Must be a Qualified Health Professional (QHP) licensed clinician and/or graduate-level professional New York State licensure preferred (LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or related clinical license) Experience in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, detox, or residential services preferred Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, clinical documentation, and organizational skills Join a growing team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in recovery.
