We are an established outpatient physical therapy practice in Purchase, NY looking for a motivated Bilingual English/Spanish Medical Front Desk/Patient Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to learn the business side of healthcare in a professional, friendly private-practice environment. What You'll Do Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience Check patients in and out Answer phones and assist patients with questions Schedule and confirm appointments Verify patient information and insurance Collect copayments Maintain accurate patient records Communicate with therapists and other staff to keep the office running smoothly Perform general administrative and front-desk duties What We're Looking For Fluent English and Spanish - required Friendly, professional personality Dependable and punctual Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable using computers Organized and able to multitask Ability to work well as part of a small team Medical office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right entry-level candidate What We Offer $17-$18/hour, depending on experience Full-time position Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical insurance available Training and opportunity to learn healthcare administration Friendly, professional outpatient private-practice environment Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility Why Join Us?
