Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Hospital Manager to partner with the Hospital Director and Medical Director to lead hospital operations, develop our teams, and support continued growth and excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with exceptional organizational, financial, and communication skills who is committed to creating an outstanding experience for our clients, patients, referring veterinarians, and associates. This is a full-time leadership position with a five-day work week and 100% office-based responsibilities . Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Ensure excellent patient care and client service. Strengthen relationships with referring veterinarians (RDVMs). Address client concerns and promote exceptional service experiences. Support hospital culture, patient safety, and operational excellence. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain talented team members. Coach and develop leaders and associates. Support employee engagement and career development initiatives. Oversee staff performance and accountability. Financial Management Manage accounts receivable, billing, charge capture, pricing, and coding. Monitor financial performance and support budget goals. Ensure operational efficiency and resource management. Compliance & Safety Oversee OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs. Develop and implement hospital policies and procedures. Support risk management and facility maintenance initiatives. Program Oversight Provide leadership oversight for: Refferal Manager CSR Manager Office Manager RDVM & Client Experience Programs Manage contingent workers and extern programs. Support employee onboarding through Workday QualificationsRequired 3-5 years of management experience, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management. 3-5 years of customer service and financial management experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
