Job Description

Summary The Practice Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the mental health practice, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to provide flexible scheduling support, including occasional weekend oversight when needed. This role requires strong data analysis capabilities, experience in mental health billing, and proficiency in Excel to support reporting, performance tracking, and operational decision-making. Description Key Responsibilities Oversee integration of Mental Health services within PM Urgent Cares Oversee daily operations across clinical and administrative functions to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor and analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Generate and maintain reports related to scheduling, billing, productivity, and performance metrics Oversee payroll processes, including validating provider hours, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll submission Ensure accuracy and compliance with mental health billing practices, including claims submission, reconciliation, and issue resolution Collaborate with clinical, billing, and administrative teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency Support provider scheduling oversight, ensuring appropriate utilization and coverage Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness Assist in onboarding and training staff on operational processes and systems Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards Provide flexible support, including occasional weekend oversight to ensure continuity of operations
Target Compensation:
$75,000 The salary/rate range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary/rate for this role. Please note that actual salaries/rates may vary within this range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and based on experience and qualifications. Qualifications Qualifications Bilingual Spanish preferred. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Masters strongly preferred Proficient with Excel Attention to detail a requirement. Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Ability to work well with others in a team driven environment. Ability to work some evenings or weekends may be required Predominantly Remote; Will require occasional travel toMental Health Practices Compensation:
