3001580777-2 Apply for this job now Job Description U.S. Renal Care is seeking an Acute Dialysis Facility Administrator to lead operations for an acute dialysis program serving hospitalized patients with kidney disease. This role oversees daily clinical and administrative activities, including staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance, while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered dialysis care. The Administrator manages budgets, quality and safety initiatives, and partnership with hospital leadership. You will support and develop clinical teams, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in outcomes, service, and patient experience in alignment with our mission-driven, compassionate culture. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of acute dialysis services within partner hospitals Ensure clinical quality, safety, and regulatory compliance with federal and state standards Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance of clinical and support teams Develop and manage facility budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation Collaborate with hospital leadership, nephrologists, and interdisciplinary teams Implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators Support staff training, development, and adherence to clinical protocols Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and audit readiness Promote a patient-first, compassionate care environment Align facility operations with U. S. Renal Care mission, policies, and best practices Required Skills Dialysis operations management Acute care dialysis workflows Regulatory compliance (CMS, Joint Commission) Budgeting and financial management Staff scheduling and supervision Quality improvement and performance metrics Clinical policy and protocol implementation Electronic medical records (EMR) Patient safety and risk management Hospital stakeholder and physician relations
