If you're building toward a career in healthcare and want a steady part-time role that connects to it, this is a chance to work inside a real clinical practice — alongside acupuncturists, physical therapists, and massage therapists. Description A key part of this role is communicating clearly and courteously with patients by phone, email, and in person. Responsibilities include scheduling, taking payments, checking patients in and out, and helping with intake forms. This role also keeps the clinic running smoothly: preparing treatment rooms, cleaning and sanitizing between sessions, light housekeeping, and the day-to-day tasks that keep a busy practice on track. The job involves both desk work and being on your feet, sometimes shifting quickly between tasks. Required Qualities Friendly, great people skills, strong customer service Professional, reliable, organized Strong written and verbal communication (phone, email) Strong work ethic Basic computer skills for online scheduling, email, and paperwork Helpful (Not Required) Interest in or studying toward a healthcare field — this role offers a front-row look at how a clinical practice operates Medical or healthcare experience (medical receptionist, medical assistant, PT aide, or similar) Insurance billing experience (willing to train) Hours Tuesday 11:30am-8:00pm Occasional additional shifts possible. We're looking for someone with a steady, dependable schedule who can cover extra shifts when needed. Pay $19-$21 per hour, commensurate with experience. Starts at $19 during training.
