Job Description

We are a private, boutique medical practice looking for a warm, dependable, and detail-oriented part-time Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on creating exceptional, personalized experiences for every patient while handling front office operations and light clinical support, including phlebotomy. We want someone who enjoys making patients feel welcomed and cared for in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with professionalism and genuine warmth to create a positive experience Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage referrals Handle patient check-in/out, collect co-pays, and keep front desk operations running smoothly Prepare charts and exam rooms, take vitals, and support the clinical team as needed Perform phlebotomy (minimum 2 years of experience required) Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system Handle faxing, filing, and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience (required) Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Strong multitasking skills and excellent attention to detail Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role is strongly preferred
Pay:
$24.00 - $32.00 per hour
