Clinical Program Supervisor / LCSW - OASAS-Licensed Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Program We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with CASAC credentials and experience working in an OASAS-licensed substance use disorder treatment program to join our multidisciplinary leadership team. Under the general direction of the CEO and Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical management and administrative operations of the assigned program, ensuring excellence in service delivery, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. Relocation assistance may be offered to the right candidate. What You Will Do Provide leadership and oversight for clinical and medical programming in an outpatient setting Supervise staff and promote a safe, professional, and therapeutic environment Monitor the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of clinical services Oversee interdisciplinary treatment planning and service coordination Develop, implement, and improve treatment components and services Provide clinical and administrative supervision to program staff Interview, hire, train, evaluate, discipline, and terminate staff as appropriate Ensure compliance with documentation, regulatory, and ethical standards Maintain adherence to
