You will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing a diverse team of dedicated interdisciplinary professionals, from early career to seasoned clinicians. As an integral part of the clinical management team, you uphold the mission, vision, and values of VNS Health, supporting a team that elevates patient-centered care to New Yorkers most in need. Moreover, you provide unwavering support and guidance ensuring their seamless integration into VNS Health Home Care. Manage, empower, and motivate team members in a dynamic work environment. Proactively execute administrative functions to achieve seamless patient care including the review of clinician caseloads, staffing needs, recruitment process, and assigned scheduling of team members. Use and learn tools and systems, problem solve new and different situations, and escalate issues timely to leadership to achieve organizational success and improved clinical outcomes.
