The Inpatient Pharmacy Manager will help optimize medication distribution, formulary practices, inventory controls, regulatory compliance, pharmacy technology, and patient-safety initiatives while supporting reliable pharmaceutical care across inpatient and specialized service lines.

Reporting to senior pharmacy or hospital leadership, the Inpatient Pharmacy Manager will receive support from experienced pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, operational leaders, and clinical partners. Key responsibilities will include staff supervision, scheduling, workflow coordination, budget and inventory oversight, quality monitoring, policy development, accreditation readiness, performance improvement, and medication-use evaluation.
