Within the Division of Gastroenterology, the Director, Digestive Health Strategy & Operations will guide an integrated gastrointestinal program that delivers comprehensive Digestive Health services featuring advanced gastroenterology, endoscopy, nutrition services, colorectal cancer screening, and multidisciplinary care, with a sharp focus on preventive care, early colorectal cancer detection, and advanced endoscopic procedures delivered by a growing GI team of fellowship-trained, board-certified gastroenterologists from leading academic institutions—offering a rare opportunity to lead the strategic growth and expansion of a high-profile Digestive Health service line.
Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Director, Digestive Health Strategy & Operations partners closely with physician chiefs and nursing leaders across inpatient, ambulatory, and procedural settings to drive strategy, business development, financial stewardship, regulatory readiness, and continuous quality improvement, all supported by friendly staff, skilled endoscopy technologists, advanced practice providers, dietitians, navigators, and a diverse healthcare professional team.
