Full Time Locations:
Yonkers & New Rochelle, NY Premium Health Organization is seeking an experienced, highly organized Full-Time Healthcare Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational functions across our busy two‑location neurology practice. Our team includes three neurology providers, diagnostic technicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast‑paced clinical environment and can maintain smooth, efficient patient flow while supporting staff development and practice growth. Primary Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow across both practice locations.
  • Coordinate schedules for neurology providers and manage front-desk and clinical staff.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate administrative and clinical personnel.
  • Conduct interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate technician schedules and diagnostic testing (EEG, EMG, VNG, etc.).
  • Delegate assignments, monitor accountability, and manage patient outreach and follow-up.
  • Assist with HR matters including attendance, performance management, disciplinary actions, and compliance with office policies.
  • Identify staffing needs, improve office procedures, and support employee development.
  • Maintain a professional, patient-centered environment with strong communication standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic outreach initiatives to expand practice visibility and maintain high patient volume.
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize operations, workflow, and patient experience. Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Healthcare Office Manager or Practice Manager in a busy medical practice; neurology or specialty experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, delegation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, supervise staff, coordinate provider schedules, and independently resolve daily operational issues.
  • Experience with NextGen EMR is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. Compensation & Benefits

  • $30-$33 per hour, based on experience
