Job Description

BYOU Laser Clinic is seeking a motivated, results-driven Clinical Manager to lead our Oceanside location. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic while driving exceptional patient experiences, team performance, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with experience in medical aesthetics or healthcare management who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment. They will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance, and achieving monthly business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the clinic. Recruit, coach, and develop front desk staff, aestheticians, and nursing teams. Drive clinic sales by monitoring KPIs, consultations, treatment conversions, memberships, and retail performance. Ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction throughout every stage of the client journey. Oversee scheduling, staffing, payroll, inventory, and clinic supplies. Monitor treatment protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations. Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching sessions. Partner with Corporate Leadership to implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and operational strategies. Analyze reports and develop action plans to improve productivity and profitability. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment. Qualifications 2+ years of management experience in medical aesthetics, med spa, healthcare, or a related field. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven experience managing sales goals and team performance. Experience with scheduling software or EMR systems (Zenoti experience is a plus). Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays as needed.
