We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Clinical Sciences team, supporting our Immune/Inflammatory clinical development programs. In this role, you will help lead the design, execution, and interpretation of clinical studies, partnering closely with Medical Directors and cross-functional study teams to advance candidates through early and/or late phase development. Tarrytown, NY, Cambridge, MA, or Warren, NJ Discover your role: Lead the scientific strategy behind clinical studies from design through execution and reporting Partner with Medical Directors and cross-functional teams to shape protocols, amendments, and study conduct Build deep expertise in disease biology, compound mechanism of action, and the competitive treatment landscape Author and review key trial documents, including expanded synopses, monitoring plans, and study reports Safeguard patient safety through ongoing clinical and medical data review Identify risks to study integrity early and drive practical mitigation strategies Represent Clinical Sciences on program teams, steering committees, and safety monitoring boards Champion consistent, high-quality data review practices across assigned studies This role requires: MS, PhD, or PharmD in a related scientific field, plus 8+ years of pharmaceutical clinical drug development experience (other levels considered based on experience) Proven knowledge of
GCP, ICH
guidelines, clinical trial design, and regulatory requirements Strong medical writing skills and clinical research methodology expertise Experience in Immune/Inflammatory clinical trials preferred Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in a matrix organization Does this sound like you?
