About Infinity Fertility Center Infinity Fertility Center is a growing fertility practice dedicated to providing exceptional reproductive care in a supportive and compassionate environment. Located in Suffern, NY, our team combines advanced fertility treatment with personalized patient care. We understand that every patient's journey is unique, and we strive to make each step as clear, comfortable, and supported as possible. Position Overview We are seeking an Fertility Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in fertility medicine and enjoys guiding patients through treatment with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will serve as an important point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey, helping coordinate care, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience from consultation through treatment. Responsibilities Coordinate patient treatment cycles, including IVF, IUI, and related fertility services. Provide clear and compassionate patient education regarding treatment plans, medications, testing, and procedures. Respond to patient inquiries by phone, email, and patient portal in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with providers, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care. Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record. Assist patients with scheduling, follow-up appointments, and treatment logistics. Support patients throughout treatment by providing guidance and clear communication. Qualifications Previous experience working in a fertility clinic is strongly preferred. Knowledge of fertility treatments, including IVF, IUI, fertility medications, and cycle coordination. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
