Ensure staffing practices align with resident census, acuity and regulatory requirements. Provide hands-on support to facilities experiencing clinical, staffing or leadership challenges. Lead the stabilization of underperforming nursing departments. Develop and monitor clinical performance goals, scorecards and corrective-action plans. Ensure infection prevention and control programs are effective and consistently implemented. Promote strong resident and family communication across the organization. Support the development and implementation of new clinical programs. Identify opportunities to improve care delivery, reduce avoidable hospitalizations and strengthen clinical outcomes.
