Job Description
Office Manager Real-world impact. Life-changing outcomes. CommQuest seeks a Full-time Office Manager to work at our Outpatient office located in Alliance, OH. This includes supervising staff, managing facilities, handling confidential information, greeting clients, and conducting interviews. They may manage incoming calls, provide agency information, and perform various office duties such as data entry and word processing. Decision-making within agency policies is essential. They must also be cross trained to ensure excellent client care and engagement, interact professionally with clients and staff, and possess expert knowledge of agency services. Additionally, they handle clients experiencing emotional distress or behavioral challenges with dignity and seek assistance when necessary.
