The job function will be to support project installations from a technical, commercial, and timing point of view. We expect this individual to have a solid background of our product, update project schedules and be a support contact to the customer for project installations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create and maintain detailed installation timing schedules
Provide the team with deadlines for different stages throughout the project's installation
Participate in meetings with the project installation team to answer questions and announce schedule or budget changes
Maintain an open issues list that tracks all the project issues on-site
Support making effective changes when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project installation
Elaboration of customer time schedules
Project installation review meetings with the customer
Education & Experience Requirements:
Associate's degree preferred in Industrial/Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology or relevant experience in machine tool industry
Proficient use of AutoCAD (2012 and higher)
Knowledge of mechanical design, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
General Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong math skills and understanding of mechanics
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Willing to work overtime as needed
