This isn't your typical front desk position. You'll play an active role in patient care by utilizing innovative technologies including INSiGHT™ neurological scans , SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Technology (TRT) , and nonsurgical spinal decompression therapy , while creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. What You'll Do Welcome patients with warmth and create an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive. Build meaningful relationships while educating patients about their care. Perform INSiGHT™ neurological scans . Administer SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Technology (TRT) treatments. Prepare and assist patients during nonsurgical spinal decompression therapy . Schedule appointments, answer phones, and coordinate daily patient care. Support our doctors and help keep the office running smoothly. Maintain a clean, organized, and positive clinical environment. This role is especially well suited for candidates with backgrounds or education in athletic training, exercise science, kinesiology, medical assisting, physical therapy, chiropractic, sports medicine, personal training, or other health and wellness fields. Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required—we're happy to train someone who shares our passion for helping people and is eager to grow.
