Key Responsibilities Patient Onboarding & Support

• Welcome new patients and guide them through their personalized health journey.
• Conduct Triage Calls to assess readiness and alignment with TWLD's Transform System.
• Lead Closing Calls, confidently presenting program benefits and enrolling qualified patients with integrity and clarity.
• Build long‑term relationships that foster trust, satisfaction, and patient success. Collaboration & Clinical Integration
• Work closely with physicians, nutritionists, and coaches to ensure seamless, personalized care.

Preferred Qualifications Customer service skills Medical, clinical, or health‑related background (preferred). Experience or strong interest in functional medicine, wellness, or holistic health.
