Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and overall workflow. Conduct client assessments, determine diagnoses, and identify treatment or testing needs. Develop individualized, strengths‑based treatment plans aligned with client needs and preferences. Support the Director with program development, implementation, evaluation, and technical assistance. Assess client risk levels, complete risk assessments, and implement appropriate safety planning. Facilitate and manage therapeutic groups and group programming. Coordinate care with external agencies and provide required reporting to community partners. Supervise clinical staff and interns, including performance evaluations, coaching, productivity monitoring, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Ensure compliance through audits, peer reviews, accurate clinical documentation, and proper management of clinical records.
