Job Purpose Lead the full non-clinical operations of Gastro Office and Hilliard Endo Center. You will own people, process, financial, and compliance systems so physicians can focus on patient care. This is a hands-on executive role with P&L accountability, multi-site responsibility, and a clear mandate to drive measurable growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day non-clinical operations across the practice and ambulatory surgery center Deliver weekly operations summaries and KPI scorecards to the CEO; prepare materials for leadership meetings Manage and develop direct reports (Office Manager, ASC Manager, Finance, Billing) Oversee and assist with staffing, scheduling, call-offs, PTO, and coverage for clinic and ASC Drive patient flow, first-case on-time starts, room turnover, and discharge coordination Partner with billing/RCM on collections, denials, A/R days, and net revenue retention Own HIPAA, CMS, credentialing, and regulatory readiness—proactive, not reactive Run full HR lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and terminations with strong documentation Build scalable SOPs and operating systems that support growth Translate financial data into clear, decision-ready summaries for physicians Must-Have Qualifications 7+ years progressive healthcare operations leadership with direct P&L ownership and budget accountability Experience in an ASC or ambulatory specialty practice (gastroenterology strongly preferred) Proficiency with EMR/practice management systems and billing/RCM coordination Full-cycle HR experience (hiring through terminations) with documentation discipline Strong knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, credentialing, and healthcare regulatory requirements Financial fluency: variance analysis, A/R management, monthly close, and physician-ready reporting Multi-site / multi-entity operational experience Self-directed operator who owns outcomes and does not require daily oversight Preferred Qualifications GI / endoscopy ASC experience Familiarity with EOS/Traction (L10s, Rocks, scorecards) Track record of revenue-cycle improvement Experience building SOPs and systems in a scaling physician-owned practice Exposure to weight-management or ancillary service lines What Success Looks Like (12-Month Targets) Improved EBITDA margin and revenue growth A/R days under control and strong net revenue retention High first-case on-time starts and efficient room turnover Strong patient and employee satisfaction scores with low turnover Documented SOPs and zero leadership surprises on operational issues How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief note on why this role is the right next step for you.
