MedMark Treatment Centers is seeking a Counselor Supervisor to lead a team providing medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder. In this role, you will oversee counselors delivering individual and group therapy, ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, and support high-quality, patient-centered care. You will review treatment plans and documentation, provide clinical guidance and crisis support, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and foster a compassionate, ethical, and learning-focused environment that supports both patient recovery and staff growth.
