This position is particularly well suited for someone with experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, medical aesthetics, med spa services, cosmetic dentistry, hair restoration, LASIK, body contouring, or another elective/cash-pay healthcare environment . About the Role Our patients come to us seeking advanced regenerative medicine options for joint pain, arthritis, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. After the patient completes a medical consultation and receives a treatment recommendation from the provider, the Patient Care & Treatment Coordinator becomes their primary point of contact. You will sit down individually with prospective patients to explain the recommended treatment plan, answer questions, discuss expectations, review treatment costs and payment options, and help the patient determine whether moving forward with treatment is right for them. Treatment programs typically range from $3,000 to $12,000 , so the successful candidate must be comfortable discussing significant healthcare investments in a professional, confident, and patient-centered manner. Responsibilities Meet one-on-one with prospective patients following their provider consultation Explain recommended regenerative medicine treatment protocols in clear, easy-to-understand terms Educate patients about PRP, biologic treatments, and other regenerative medicine services offered by the practice Help patients understand the value and rationale behind their recommended treatment Answer questions regarding treatment, expectations, recovery, scheduling, and cost Comfortably discuss treatment investments ranging from $3,000-$12,000 Review financing and payment options with patients Identify and address concerns that may prevent a patient from moving forward Provide a supportive, professional experience without making patients feel pressured Follow up with prospective patients who are not ready to make an immediate decision Maintain ongoing communication with patients throughout the decision-making process Coordinate treatment scheduling once patients elect to begin care Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow-up records Work closely with providers and clinical staff to provide an exceptional patient experience The Candidate We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is naturally confident, personable, polished, and comfortable leading an important conversation. The ideal candidate understands that patients considering elective or cash-pay medical treatment frequently have questions about effectiveness, cost, financing, timing, and whether the treatment is worth the investment. You should be skilled at listening carefully, identifying the patient's primary concerns, providing appropriate information, and helping patients reach a confident decision. This role requires someone who can balance compassionate patient care with strong consultative communication skills .
