We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as the Clinical Manager of Behavioral Health , you'll lead and support our behavioral health clinicians to ensure compassionate, high-quality, and accessible care that improves the well-being of the communities we serve. Essential Job Duties:

Provide leadership and guidance to the behavioral health department, ensuring that all staff members are effectively carrying out their roles and responsibilities. Supervise and support clinicians, therapists, and support staff. Provide clinical supervision and support to the behavioral health staff, including therapists, counselors, and community psychiatric supportive treatment staff. Review and when appropriate sign-off on client visit notes.

Conduct behavioral health diagnostic assessments:

thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and environmental factors that may impact their overall health and well-being to evaluate clients' mental health and/or substance use concerns, identify their needs, and develop appropriate treatment plans. Ensure the provision of crisis services, covering crisis services as needed including crisis assessments, Law Enforcement Ally Program, Youth Crisis Response Team, Local Emergency Planning Committee, among others. Develop comprehensive treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client. Clinical Managers participate in 24/7 call coverage equitably with the Director of Behavioral Health and the Chief of Behavioral Health where needed. Ensure that the behavioral health department complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines. Requirements:

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Graduate of a mater level accredited social work or clinical counselor program. Ohio LISW or LPCC state license. Experience as a counselor, preferably in the community clinic setting. Supervisory experience, preferred.
