Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced House Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the well-being of residents in our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in crisis intervention, working with clients on the spectrum and case management.Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a staff of 20
- Provide supervision and support to residents in a group home setting
- Implement behavioral health strategies to address individual needs
- Conduct data collection and entry for resident progress tracking
- Administer first aid when necessary
- Coordinate crisis intervention as needed
- Manage case files and ensure compliance with regulations
Experience:
- 5+years of previous experience in field with Adults with Developmental Disabilities
- Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques
- Knowledge of data collection and entry procedures
- Certification in behavioral health or related field preferred This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents while gaining valuable experience in behavioral health and case management.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$42,000.00- $45,000.
