  • Full-time Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health, mental health and rehabilitation programs, seeks a full-time Director of Behavioral Health Services in our Warren and Youngstown, Ohio offices.
We provide services for Trumbull and Mahoning Counties.
Duties include:
Administrative and clinical supervision of our behavioral health staff Monitoring the key indicators for the aforementioned service areas; Coordinating with supervisors and other staff and managers to address continuous improvements; Weekly review of productivity of supervisees; Monthly review of compliance data of supervisees; Participating in key meetings and groups related to those service areas.

  • $68,000

Must be willing to obtain or already have the following: an NPI number, an Ohio Medicaid number and a CAQH account. Experience in budgeting and/or program evaluation is also preferred. Salary based on experience and credentials.
