This executive leadership role is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and strategic performance of one of Sodexo's premier healthcare technology management accounts. About the job Take on a vital role in maintaining and advancing cutting-edge medical technology that directly supports patient care and clinical excellence. You will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity readiness while collaborating closely with clinical teams and mentoring colleagues. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and support safety initiatives, documentation, and audit readiness. Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to staff, fostering professional development and consistent performance. Collaborate with clinical teams to identify and resolve technology-related issues impacting patient care and workflow. Lead or contribute to cybersecurity efforts including risk assessment, incident response, strategy implementation, and compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission. Manage operational and fiscal responsibilities, including purchasing, resource planning, customer relations, and support of business development activities. What you'll bring Financial acumen to manage complex healthcare technology operations and drive results. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders. Proven problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance with experience leading audits, remediation, and staff development.
Requirements Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Management Experience - 5 years Functional Experience - 5 years in maintenance and repair of clinical devices.
