Work Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:

8:00AM - 5:00

PM Wednesday:

7:00 AM - 2:00 PM offering a great head start on your afternoon!

No Fridays:

Enjoy a guaranteed three-day weekend every single week! Please let us know if there are any concerns with the hours. We are willing to be flexible!

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly attitude Answer phones and manage patient scheduling Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements Present and coordinate treatment plans Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment Maintain accurate patient records and office communication Provide excellent customer service and support the dental team Previous dental/front desk experience preferred

Requirements:

Strong communication skills with a warm, patient-first attitude. Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent.
