Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Waiver Coordinator/Site Supervisor to ensure the deliverance of exceptional services under Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers. In this pivotal role, you will oversee program operations, supervise staff, manage relationships with clients and families, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities while leading a dynamic team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Supervise waiver program staff, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery Ensure compliance with program policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards Manage relationships with clients and families, community partners, and funding agencies to foster trust and collaboration Ensure staff compliance with documentation, activities, and care for the individuals served. Requirements Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs in a social services or healthcare setting Proven management experience in supervising staff Strong relationship management skills for engaging clients, families, community partners, and team members Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily operations and reporting purposes Knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Join us at Gateways to Better Living as we empower individuals with disabilities through compassionate leadership and innovative programs.
