Job description: Are you the person we're looking for? Our Bartlesville established oral surgery practice is seeking the talents of an exceptional person with a professional appearance, to handle all phases in our business office. A medical/dental background is preferred but not required. Computer experience, great communication, and people skills are a must. If you enjoy a challenge, like to be busy, and are looking for a great team to join, we would love to receive your resume/application. This position would be responsible for:
  • First point of contact for all phone calls
  • Scheduling patient appointments received by phone, email, and referral form
  • Greet patient with a friendly smile and handle check in process
  • Obtain patient paperwork and enter information accordingly
  • Apply procedure charges to account for planned procedures
  • Collect funds due for surgery and past due balance
  • Notify clinical area of patient arrival
  • Call patients to confirm appointments for the next day
  • Prepare patient charts for upcoming appointments
  • Sanitize waiting room and bathrooms as needed This position will also be cross trained on the check-out process and verifying insurances.
