Registration Supervisor Bethany Children's Health Center - 4.6 Bethany, OK Job Details 1 day ago Benefits Tuition reimbursement Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description The Registration Supervisor plays a key role in supporting Bethany Children's Health Center's mission by ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and accurate patient access experience across inpatient, outpatient clinic, and therapy services. This position provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of the registration team, ensuring timely and accurate referral processing, patient registration, insurance authorization, and data collection. The Registration Supervisor supports staff development, resolves real-time issues, and partners with clinical and operational teams to improve patient flow, access, and overall experience. Through strong leadership and attention to detail, this role helps ensure that every patient and family's first interaction with Bethany Children's reflects our commitment to compassion, excellence, and service. Duty Percent of Time Supervises daily operations of the registration team across inpatient, outpatient clinic, and therapy services, ensuring efficient workflows, appropriate staffing coverage, and high-quality service delivery. 30% Provides leadership support to registration staff, including onboarding, training, performance management, and real-time issue resolution. Fosters a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence. 25% Ensures accurate and timely referral processing, patient registration, and insurance authorization, including demographic data entry, insurance verification, and required documentation, to support patient care, billing, and compliance requirements. 15% Serves as a point of escalation for complex registration, scheduling, or patient access issues, working collaboratively with patients, families, clinical teams, and payers to resolve concerns. 10% Partners with multidisciplinary teams and revenue cycle teams to support patient flow, minimize delays, and improve access to care. 10% Monitors performance metrics (e.g., registration accuracy, wait times, eligibility verification) and participates in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and patient experience. 5% Other duties as assigned 5%
