Full Job Description Moore Youth and Family Services Licensed Clinical Director-Part Time Job Description:
The position of Part-Time Clinical Director works with Moore Youth and Family Services counseling direct service staff and adjacent service staff to support clients through treatment for behavioral health concerns, substance use disorders, and family therapy considerations. This role supports the agency through coaching and developing staff, interns, and providing ongoing services to clients as needed. This role is critical in service compliance, the implementation of applicable policies and procedures, as well as serving as second in command in the absence of the Executive Director.

Serve as a critical member of the Leadership Team. Maintain an efficient process that provides for effective crisis intervention, assessment, intake, and referral services. Facilitate and maintain accurate records of weekly case disposition. Oversee all clinical operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Track new and returning clients through the screening and assessment process. Responsible for data tracking. Responsible for the execution of clinical programming. Assess client needs and provide positive intervention by providing information, counseling, and/or referrals. Maintain/audit for proper documentation in case records. Responsible for audit preparation and records. Use of crisis intervention techniques. Responsible for the recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation clinical staff and student interns at the Masters and Bachelor levels. Analyze clinical data to inform decision-making and improve client outcomes. Manage department budgets and performance to allocate resources effectively. Conduct regular performance reviews and address any clinical issues. Collaborate with other departments to integrate clinical services. Serve as leadership and a point of resource for the counseling staff (FT & PT). Support and execute the strategic planning goals adopted by the agency. Execution of Peer Review process. ThinkHealth administration. Responsible for the review and submission of all therapeutic Medicaid PA's and treatment plans. Assist in the pertinent updates of the Policy and Procedure Manual. Responsible for executive decision making in the absence of the Executive Director. Attend meetings for the agency as they pertain to clinical concerns. Coordinate and supervise staff providing constructive feedback. Provide personnel with clinical training and opportunities for continuous development. Evaluate performance and discipline employees when necessary. Monitor compliance with legal guidelines, internal policies and quality standards. Clinical administrative paperwork as related to the job function. Train interns, provide supervision hours, and support to those interns. New Employee on-boarding including personnel file completion. Complete and perform 1-1's with staff. Other duties as assigned by the agency.
Required Education and Experience:
A Licensed Behavioral Health Professional OR A psychologist with both mental health and substance use disorder treatment capabilities within the scope of practice,
OR Preferred:
Clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, licensed professional counselor, or behavioral practitioner or a licensed alcohol and drug counselor approved
Supervisor Preferred:
A minimum of three years of management experience in a fee for service delivery system for outpatient services.
Required:
Must obtain a Supervisor credential through the Oklahoma Board of Behavioral Health within 30 days of position start.
Knowledge and Skills Required:

Knowledge of Agency Certification (CARF, OAYS, ODMHSAS standards), performance improvement and program outcome needs. Teamwork and collaboration. Communication Ability to be flexible and adaptable to a changing work environment. Written communication skills. Maintain CPR certification.
Work Environment:
The work environment is a temperature-controlled office environment most times with some accommodation made for clients which may include offsite meetings, teletherapy, and consults provided by phone, with text, or through other electronic mediums. All staff are required to attend meetings, serve on committees on behalf of the agency, and may need to travel up to 10% of their work schedule to accommodate the needs of the agency. Minimal lifting, bending, and dexterity of movement is required for this position. This position is expected to report 25 hours per week Monday through Thursday with 2 out of 4 days working until 8:00 p.m. This is not a teleworking position.
Salary:
Moore Youth and Family Services provides $40 per hour for this position and offers 5 days of PTO after 1-year of continuous employment.
