$55,000•85,000 About Us Red Road Counseling Services, LLC is a growing mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, families, and communities. Our team values collaboration, clinical excellence, integrity, and whole-person wellness. We are seeking a strong and experienced Clinical Director to help lead our clinical team and support continued program growth. Position Overview The Clinical Director will oversee the daily clinical operations of the practice while providing leadership, supervision, and support to therapists, case managers, and clinical staff. This role is ideal for a licensed mental health professional with strong leadership skills, operational awareness, and a passion for building high-quality behavioral health services. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, organized, collaborative, and experienced in both staff management and compliance oversight. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and supervision to licensed and associate-level clinicians Ensure quality of care and adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards Oversee clinical documentation, treatment planning, and compliance practices Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development of staff Assist with program development and workflow improvement initiatives Provide consultation for crisis situations and high-acuity cases Collaborate with executive leadership to support organizational goals Monitor productivity, client outcomes, and service quality Foster a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven team culture Qualifications Active unrestricted licensure in Oklahoma as one of the following:LPC / LCPC LCSW / LICSW LMFT
Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in mental health Previous clinical supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of behavioral health regulations and best practices Experience with EMR/EHR systems and clinical documentation review Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Preferred Experience Trauma-informed care Community mental health or outpatient settings Program development and quality assurance Insurance and compliance knowledge Crisis intervention and risk assessmentPay:
