What You'll Do:

Supervise RBTs and guide individualized client programming using ABA and natural environment teaching strategies Develop and implement behavior and treatment plans tailored to each client's needs Conduct assessments and functional analyses; create data systems to drive programming decisions Train and support staff and families in ABA principles and strategies Review data regularly to adjust interventions and celebrate client progress Provide monthly supervision and field support per insurance requirements Maintain accurate documentation in Central Reach within 24 hours of sessions Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams (Speech, OT, PT) for whole-child care Stay current with research and maintain BCBA certification (32 CEUs every 2 years)
