Direct Hire Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily pharmacy operations including inventory control, staff supervision, and policy development Provide pharmaceutical care as a staff pharmacist when needed Support and mentor clinical pharmacists and pharmacy support staff Assist in pharmacy management during Pharmacy Director absences Promote compliance with regulatory requirements and foster a culture of safety and quality

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience, including leadership roles Active pharmacist license in good standing with the relevant State Board of Pharmacy Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) obtained within 14 days of hire Proficient with

Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Record Systems Preferred:

Doctor of Pharmacy degree, 1+ year pharmacy operations management experience, ALS/ACLS certification
