Our clinic provides occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and feeding therapy in a fun, collaborative, and family-centered environment. We are looking for a friendly, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Office / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This position plays an important role in keeping our clinic running smoothly and creating a welcoming experience for the children and families we serve. Position Overview As a member of our front office team, you will often be the first point of contact for patients and families. The ideal candidate is personable and professional, comfortable communicating with parents and caregivers, and able to confidently manage multiple responsibilities in a busy pediatric therapy environment.
