Hospital located near Baker City, Oregon is seeking full-time, permanent Clinic Manager to join their team! Pay ranges from $42.00-$58.00/hourly
The Clinic Manager Job Opportunity:
Full-time, direct hire position Mon-Fri schedule, day shift, business hours Great leadership and administration team! The Clinic Manager provides leadership and oversight of clinic operations by fostering effective communication and collaboration among healthcare providers, hospital administration, and clinic staff. This role is responsible for managing the clinic's operational, financial, and human resource functions while ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and quality standards. The Clinic Manager promotes the delivery of high-quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience by optimizing workflows, monitoring staff performance, supporting team development, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-equipped clinical environment.
The Clinic Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Management, or related field Coding certification is preferred Must have at least 5 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare setting Must have at least 2 years leadership, supervisory, or lead role experience
