Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our vibrant dental team! Duties Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verification Schedule appointments efficiently with proficiency in dental scheduling and multi-line phone systems Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, including medical history forms, treatment plans, and billing information Assist with billing procedures by understanding dental coding & terms Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information and handling sensitive data responsibly Collaborate with dental professionals to coordinate care plans and ensure smooth patient flow throughout visits Skills Strong knowledge of dental terminology Excellent computer skills for documentation review and office management tasks Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and multi-line phone system experience Ability to verify insurance benefits accurately and handle insurance claims processing efficiently Previous dental office experience is
