Clinic Manager - Health & Wellness Touchpoint - 3.8 Clackamas, OR Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $55,000 a year 7 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Employee discount Qualifications Inventory management Performance management Team development Hiring Recruiting Full Job Description Clinic Manager — Lead a Team, Build a Culture & Make It Yours $50,000-$55,000/year + Bonus Opportunities | Full-Time | Oregon Maybe you're already a manager—but you're tired of feeling like you're simply there to execute someone else's checklist. Maybe you're ready for a position where you can actually lead. We're looking for a strong, people-focused Clinic Manager to take ownership of one of our Oregon Massage Envy locations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, building a great culture, solving problems, driving results, and having the freedom to make decisions. What makes this management job different? You'll have room to lead. We believe good managers need both expectations and autonomy. You'll have clear business goals and support from experienced leadership, while still having the flexibility to manage your clinic and your team. You won't manage alone. You'll be part of a five-clinic Oregon leadership team with managers and senior leaders who communicate, share resources, problem-solve together, and step in when another location needs support. Your schedule has flexibility. This is not a Monday-Friday, 9-5 desk job—our clinics are open evenings and weekends—but managers have flexibility in building their schedules around the needs of their clinic, their team, and their lives. You'll know your people. Our managers work directly with massage therapists, estheticians and front desk teams. You'll coach, recognize, develop and sometimes challenge your team—but you'll also get to watch people grow because of the leadership you've provided. What will you actually own? This is a true business-management position. You'll oversee the day-to-day health of your clinic, including team leadership and development, recruiting and retention, scheduling and staffing, client experience, membership sales and performance, payroll, inventory, operational standards, and key business metrics. Some days you'll be coaching an employee. Another day you'll be reviewing numbers, interviewing a candidate, solving a client concern, adjusting a schedule, celebrating a team win—or doing all of those before lunch. If you need every day to look exactly the same, this probably isn't your job. If you like variety, people, problem-solving and seeing the direct results of your leadership, you may love it here. Who tends to thrive with us? We're looking for someone who is confident enough to lead but humble enough to learn. Someone who can hold people accountable without losing the human side of leadership. Management experience is important, but we're equally interested in how you lead. You should be comfortable with goals and numbers, coaching a team, having difficult conversations when necessary, recognizing great performance, managing competing priorities, and jumping in when your team needs you. Experience in wellness, hospitality, fitness, retail, membership-based businesses, salons/spas, or other service-driven environments can be especially helpful.
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$50,000-$55,000 , based on experience, with additional bonus/commission opportunities. We also offer a 401(k) , employee discounts on massage, skincare and wellness services/products, professional development and leadership support. For medical coverage, we use a health-insurance reimbursement arrangement rather than a traditional company group health plan. Eligible employees select and maintain their own individual health insurance plan, and the company provides reimbursement toward eligible coverage under the program. This gives employees the ability to choose coverage that works for their individual needs rather than being limited to a single employer-selected plan. The part we care about most We can teach systems. We can teach reports. We can teach the Massage Envy business. What is much harder to teach is leadership, ownership, curiosity, empathy and the desire to build a team people actually want to be part of. If you've been waiting for an opportunity to run something—not simply work somewhere—we'd like to meet you. Apply today and tell us a little about the best team you've ever led or been part of. We want to know what made it great.
