Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Procedural and Surgical Services to provide 24-hour leadership and operational oversight for OR, Pre-Op, PACU, Cath Lab, and EP Lab . The Director will ensure high-quality patient care, strong team performance, regulatory compliance, and efficient department operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop perioperative and procedural services teams. Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and resource management. Partner with surgeons, anesthesia, physicians, and hospital leadership. Monitor quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Manage department budgets, productivity, and financial performance. Improve workflows, patient outcomes, and overall department efficiency. Support employee engagement, retention, professional development, and succession planning. Lead strategic initiatives and support the growth of Surgical and Procedural Services. Required Qualifications Active RN license in Arizona or eligibility for Arizona licensure. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) . Progressive leadership experience in perioperative/surgical services . Experience managing clinical operations, staffing, quality, and budgets. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. CNOR or relevant specialty certification. Experience leading multidisciplinary surgical teams in an acute-care hospital .
