Overview Dental Front Office Coordinator - Hiring Now We are a private, patient-focused dental office seeking a reliable and experienced Front Office Patient Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and manage daily check-in/check-out Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Present and coordinate treatment plans Verify dental insurance benefits and provide accurate estimates Handle patient accounts, payments, and financial arrangements Maintain smooth daily front office operations and communication with clinical team
Qualifications:
Previous dental front office experience required Strong understanding of dental insurance (PPOs, benefits breakdown, estimates) Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with Eaglesoft software is a plus
Hours Mon-Wed:
7:40 am to 6 pm, 1 hour non-paid lunch hour
Thur:
8:40 am to 7 pm, 1 hour non-paid lunch hour
