This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional who is passionate about senior living, enjoys leading teams, and is committed to providing outstanding care to residents. What You'll Do Lead and oversee the community's nursing and care operations Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, individualized care Supervise, coach, and develop nursing and care team members Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and ongoing health needs Partner with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Promote a positive, supportive, and resident-focused culture What We're Looking For Current RN, LPN, or LVN license required Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred Senior living, assisted living, memory care, or long-term care experience a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build relationships with residents, families, and team members Passion for providing exceptional care to seniors Why Join Us?
