Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Clinical Supervisor (Manager, Behavior Support) BSS to lead behavioral health services and support the development of individualized care plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Duties Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral therapy techniques Conduct comprehensive assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments, to inform individualized treatment plans Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs, focusing on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors Oversee data collection processes to track progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust interventions accordingly Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation and secure handling of medical records Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including special education professionals, medical providers, and caregivers—to coordinate care and facilitate seamless service delivery Lead intake evaluations for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of each individual's behavioral health needs and goals Qualifications Master's degree in human services, psychology, social work, special e or related field required At least two years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder; three years of clinical experience in the field required Certification or licensure in behavior analysis (e.g., BCBA or BCaBA) desirable but not required Must complete training in functional behavioral analysis as well as positive behavior supports upon hire Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods Knowledge of Pennsylvania state and county Intellectual Disabilities System, regulations and best practices involving self-determination and principles of Everyday Lives Knowledge of best practices in supporting people with a dual diagnosis of Intellectual Disabilities and Mental Illness Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards including HIPAA compliance Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment Join us in shaping brighter futures!
