District Manager - Respiratory Home Health & DME Operations Lead. Inspire. Grow. Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a seasoned District Manager to oversee operations across two branch locations. This leadership role is ideal for a healthcare operations professional with experience in respiratory home health, durable medical equipment (DME), or post-acute care management. If you're passionate about driving clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and team development, we want to hear from you. As District Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of your branches—financially, operationally, and clinically. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster strong relationships with referral sources and patients. Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance across two locations Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, FDA/DOT, and accreditation standards (e.g., JCAHO) Manage inventory, billing, and documentation to support timely reimbursement Collaborate with respiratory clinicians and sales teams to grow referral networks Implement and monitor clinical programs such as our Gold Care initiative Lead morning huddles, performance reviews, and staff development initiatives Maintain high levels of patient and referral source satisfaction Drive growth strategies to meet or exceed budgeted goals Travel between locations as needed Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and performance improvement Performs other duties as assigned Ready to lead with purpose?
