FULL-TIME MEDICAL AESTHETICS PATIENT COORDINATOR

Radiance at Fluhme | Bridgeville, PA Radiance at Fluhme is seeking a friendly, polished, dependable, and motivated Full-Time Receptionist to join our medical aesthetics and cosmetic plastic surgery practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in medical aesthetics, skincare, beauty, social media, and the cosmetic industry who wants more than a front-desk job. We are looking for someone eager to learn, grow with the practice, and potentially develop into a future leadership or management role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet, check in/out, and assist patients while providing an exceptional patient experience. Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries; schedule and manage provider appointments. Collect payments, assist with checkout, and maintain an organized, welcoming front office. Support providers, patient flow, promotions, events, and daily office operations. Assist with social media content, photos, Reels, Stories, and other marketing initiatives.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Positive, outgoing, personable, professional, reliable, and organized. Strong communicator and team player who takes direction and feedback well. Able to multitask, adapt quickly, and remain calm in busy or unexpected situations. Proactive, eager to learn, and interested in long-term growth within the aesthetics industry. Experience in a MedSpa, medical office, plastic surgery, skincare/beauty, customer service, sales, social media, marketing, or VagaroPro is highly encouraged; however, we are willing to train the right person.
