Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated DSP Site Coordinator to lead and oversee daily operations in a community residential facility. This vital role ensures the delivery of exceptional resident care, compliance with PA office of Developmental Programs regulations, and effective supervision of DSP's. As a key member of our management team, you will coordinate care services, supervise staff, and uphold the highest standards of resident rights and safety. Duties Assists the Residential Program Specialist in the supervision of Residential Program Workers and Trainees at a designated community home for individuals with disabilities. Assist Residential Program Specialist in training, scheduling, monitoring the work of residential program staff. Participates in a training program designed to develop the knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes necessary to assist program individuals to live and function as independently as possible in the community. Compile and prepare a monthly progress report for each individual within the home and submit to the Program Specialist. Assist Program Specialist in coordinating medical services and oversee current medications. Assist in developing social skills such as taking part in conversations, participating in home activities, and practicing good manners in dealing with people. Instructs individuals in the availability and use of community resources and facilities. Assists in maintaining the residential unit in a good condition and in accordance with applicable fire and safety rules and regulations and maintain weekly household expenditures and submit a written report to the Residential Program Director. Learn to maintain necessary administrative records and reports. Reports any operational, staff, or individual problems to the Residential Program Specialist. Performs related work as required and flexible work schedule. Abide by all Twin Trees, Inc. policies and procedures including by not limited to 24 hours of in-service training a year, pre-employment and physicals every two years. This position might require the performance of duties that incur potential occupational exposure to blood and body fluids. Requirements One year experience working as a Direct Supports Professional in a residential setting for Individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities.
