Certified Pharmacy Technician a PLUS! | No Weekends | Hours 9:00am-5:30pm We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Front End Patient Care Coordinator to join our Specialty Pharmacy team. What You'll Do As a Patient Care Coordinator , you'll serve as the dedicated point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey. You'll build relationships, coordinate care, and ensure each patient receives the support they need from the first prescription through ongoing therapy.
Your responsibilities include:
Serving as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers Managing patients throughout their specialty therapy journey Coordinating new prescriptions, refills, and ongoing treatment needs Educating patients about their medications and treatment plans Assisting with insurance verification, prior authorizations, and financial assistance Scheduling follow-up calls to promote medication adherence and positive clinical outcomes Collaborating with pharmacists, nurses, providers, and internal teams to resolve barriers to care Maintaining accurate patient records while delivering compassionate, high-quality service What We're Looking For One or more years of specialty pharmacy, healthcare, or high-volume healthcare call center experience Certified Pharmacy Technician a PLUS!!! $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
