Position Overview We is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary leadership team. This role is responsible for providing clinical oversight and supervision within our 32-bed Joint Commission-accredited residential treatment facility , serving adults with primary Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) diagnoses. The Clinical Supervisor will lead and support a team of therapists, maintain high clinical standards, manage complex and high-acuity cases, and provide supervision to master's-level interns pursuing clinical licensure. Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Please note: This is a 24/7/365 residential facility. While this position follows a Monday-Friday schedule, flexibility is expected to assist with urgent clinical situations or facility needs as necessary. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to therapists and clinical staff. Deliver individual and group supervision to master's-level interns seeking licensure in accordance with Pennsylvania licensing requirements. Oversee clinical documentation to ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion. Provide guidance and consultation for complex, high-acuity behavioral health and substance use cases. Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, state regulations, and organizational policies. Collaborate with nursing, medical providers, case management, and leadership to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Support crisis intervention, risk assessments, and clinical decision-making. Monitor treatment planning, patient progress, and discharge planning. Assist with staff development, education, onboarding, and performance coaching. Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinical culture. Qualifications Required Active Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license (required; no exceptions). Qualified to provide clinical supervision toward licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Experience working with adults diagnosed with serious mental illness and substance use disorders. Demonstrated experience managing high-acuity clinical caseloads. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and behavioral health regulatory requirements. Preferred Previous supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
